About 1.5 hours from Metro Manila, Tagaytay City is the perfect place for a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We recommend taking your kids horseback riding then for a picnic right after! The Eye, dubbed as the biggest Ferris wheel is also located in Tagaytay. Take a ride with the whole family and enjoy a 360 view of the city and its neighboring provinces.

Around 10 hours away from the Metro, Vigan is located north of the Luzon Island. Best known for its well-preserved Spanish Colonial and Filipino architecture, it is the perfect place to experience the Philippine culture. Calle Crisologo in Vigan is probably one of the most photographed streets in the country. So make sure to pose for a family picture! Vigan is also a well-known food destination.
